Vacation Rental House/Cabin - Chetola Resort - Blowing Rock/Boone,

Rates DO NOT include 12.75% sales/occupancy tax. CHECK IN after
4:00pm. CHECK OUT before 10:00 am.

Occupancy is limited to 10 people (includes children). There are
4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins-plus a sofa bed). Eleven can be
accommodated in certain situations (no linens available for 11th
person).
3.
Absolutely NO PETS allowed. A fee of $300 a day may be charged
if pets are found in the house. NO SMOKING inside the house.
4.
Linens and towels are furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped
with pots, pans, utensils, etc. A complementary supply of soap,
dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided.
5.
No house parties, campers or motor homes are allowed.
6.
Any long distance charges billed to the property will be charged
to the occupant plus a $5 service fee. Remember your Calling Card,
Call Collect or bill to a Third Party.
7.
A rental deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee is due
within 7 days of your reservation. If the deposit is not received,
the house will be available to others. The balance plus taxes
must be paid 30 days before the Arrival Date. If you need to cancel
for any reason, we will gladly refund any amounts paid if we are
able to re-rent the house the days you reserved.
8.
A Security Deposit of $250.00 is due with the final rental payment
30 days before arrival. The Security Deposit will be refunded
to you in less than 30 days if the house and contents are undamaged
and the house is left clean.
9.
Maid Service is provided after your departure. You do not need
to wash linens and towels or make the beds.
10.
Weather in the mountains is unpredictable. There will be no refund
due to weather or road conditions. Be prepared for snow, ice,
rain and fog.
11.
Occupant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Property Owner
from any and all costs, attorney's fees, suits, and claims whether
from loss of life, property damage, injury to the Occupant, Occupant's
family or guests unless same was due to the willful act or gross
negligence of the Property Owner.
12.
Occupant agrees to clean up upon departure per the guidelines
in the kitchen.
